In Cornfed Creations’ Cookbook, I’ve shared a recipe for ‘Sticky Bars’, which is also an easy and delicious recipe for a decadent dessert. However, this time, I wanted to add a little fruit in the dessert, so I decided to tweak the original Sticky Bars recipe in order to add a whole different level of flavors. With adding pineapple, brown sugar and white chocolate chips, I give you Easy Pina Colada Dessert Bars! These yummy bars turned out absolutely amazing! So naturally, I also wanted to share it here with all of you!

- Preheat oven to 350’F.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine ½ cup of the melted butter and ½ cup of the brown sugar with the graham cracker crumbs.
- Mix well, then pat down in a greased 9”x13” baking pan to make the crust. Add coconut evenly over crust, then layer the chips, pineapple, remaining brown sugar and walnuts.
- Pour milk evenly over the top of all ingredients.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden brown, chips are melted and filling is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
- Makes approximately 24 bars.
